MEDIATION & DIVORCE COSTS

We do not offer Legal Aid for mediation.

Initial meeting online – £99 per hour (paid at the time of booking)

Initial meeting Face to Face – £120 per hour (paid at the time of booking)

Initial meeting Face to Face in Central London – £150 per hour 

Joint Mediation meeting online – £120 per person per hour (paid at the time of booking)

Joint Mediation meeting Face to Face – £120 per person per hour (paid at the time of booking)

Joint Mediation meeting Face to Face in Central London – £150 per person per hour (paid at the time of booking)

Form A / C100 for court – £42

Cancellation Fees

Cleared funds need to be in our account before the Mediation session can take place.

Payment can be made online, by debit or credit card, in person, or by cash.

If you cancel the mediation appointment within 2 working days before the session there will be a cancellation fee incurred of 50%. If cancelled in less than 1 working day before the session full fee will be incurred.

If your Family Mediation matter is urgent we are able to provide a cost for a full day mediation.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF MEDIATION?

The time taken for the mediator to prepare for your mediation session, write up notes from your meetings and obtain your financial disclosures.

We do not charge extra for sending letters, emails or for phone calls. All meetings can be held online or face to face.

Once you have reached an agreement, we can work out the most cost effective legal package for you with our family solicitors.

Mediation is the most cost-effective method to resolve your dispute. A solicitor will quote upwards of £20,000 plus VAT if your case goes to court for a full financial and child contact hearing. Most solicitors charge upward of £250 plus VAT per hour. You also pay the barrister’s fees which are substantial.
